Vermeer Navigator D36x50 II

This is a mid-sized drilling rig (in the group of the drilling rigs over 10 tons pullback force) using a high rotary torque.

 

The rig is designed for:

 

• boring in the medium and heavy soil conditions,
• boring up to L=~300m,
• installing PE and steel pipes up to max. Ø 600mm.
• all the special difficulties, caused by heavy geological conditions, territorial development and bores' parameters (length, diameter, profile etc.); and also bores in difficult access areas.

• thrust/pullback power 15,9/15,9 tons,
• rotary torque 6.772 Nm,
• size [length/width] 6,50m / 2,11m,
• drilling pipes: length 3,05m, bend radius 66m.

Other elements of the drilling group:

• VOLVO truck with a built-up trailer,
• Trailer adjusted to transport the rig, with a mud supplying system build-in,
• Delivery van,
• Digi Truck Eclipse navigation system.

The rig is operated by a three-persons' crew.
